Refund Policy

1. All sales are final

CompGenies subscriptions, upgrades and scans are non-refundable, including partly used months and unused scans, except where the law requires a refund.

Try before you buy: every new account gets free trial scans.

2. Cancel anytime

Cancel from your Account page. You won't be charged again, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

3. Billing problems

Checkout is handled by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. If you were charged twice or in error, email support@complive.app and we'll fix it with Paddle.
